What I do

I joined the company in March 2020 with a goal of helping AXA IM Select make the most of its international foundations and expand further into Europe and Asia, and take the business to the next level of scale. To fuel the growth of the next phase of development of the AXA IM Select business, in January 2023 a new business unit was created within AXA IM with the primary objective of simplifying our offering for our clients and provide them with a one-stop shop for Unit-Linked (UL) products and services. I lead this business unit and am a member of the AXA Investment Management Board.

Where I’ve been

I have been working for more than 25 years, and have worked in 5 countries and 3 continents; first spending seven years as a consultant before joining AXA Group in 1996. Prior to joining AXA, I spent most of my career as a consultant at Ernst & Young specialising in the Financial Services sector.  

My experience spans 10 years in finance and 15 years in business development and has focused on asset management and life and savings, even though I started in commercial lines insurance.

What I’ve learnt

I am a graduate of ESLSCA Business School in Paris, with a major in Finance. Subsequently I benefited from Executive development on Strategic Marketing at Wharton University and Digital leadership at IMD Lausanne.
